The Theodor Herzl Zionist Writings

Theodor Herzl Zionist Writings is the first publication from The Library of the Jewish People, launched to coincide with the 125th anniversary of the first Zionist Congress in Basel, Switzerland in August, 2022.

This three volume work features 11 years’ worth of Herzl’s writings including his personal journal, articles, and plays all relating to the formulation of his dream of a Jewish state.

With translations by Prof. Harry Zohn and Uri Bollag, and a general introduction to Herzl’s life and significance by Gil Troy, followed by eleven introductions to each of the years he was active as a Zionist interspersed throughout the text, the Theodor Zionist Writings are a necessity for understanding how this one man’s vision changed the world.
